2. Dosage form - liquid for injection. The POLIVAK-TM vaccine is made from formalin inactivation of industrial strains of fungi of the genera Trichophyton and Micrasporurn.
By appearance the vaccine is a homogeneous suspension of yellowish-brown color with a thin sediment at the bottom, which easily breaks up when shaken.
The vaccine is dispensed in hermetically sealed vials (amluls) with a capacity of 3.0 ml. Vials are sealed with rubber stoppers, reinforced with aluminum caps, ampoules are hermetically sealed.
